Is the Stock available?

Our Stock is live tracked and 99.9% accurate. If it doesn't say out of stock then you can order with confidence. ( also see pre orders below )

What days are you open?
Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 to 17:30
Saturday 10:00 to 16:00

When can I pick up my click & collect order?
Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 to 17:30
Saturday 10:00 to 16:00

How can I combine my orders?
First send us an email to stop your first order from shipping, then when we reply, to avoid paying double shipping place the second order and choose the option pick up instore. Send us an email when you do this so we don't miss it.

Pre-orders?
Every pre-order has its own release date. If you want to put in an order for multiple pre-orders it is best to keep them in separate orders. Otherwise we will have to wait for all items to be released until we can ship your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please try to make this as quick as possible and send us an email with your order number.

I have changed my address!
Please send us an email with your new address and order number as soon as you can.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, in store only

Prices and sales!
All prices in store and online are the same including sale events.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as possible but sometimes there are delays in payment processing that are out of our control. We can only ship after these clear. Give us an email and we can check.
